It's a big difference between concentrating in the problem and concentrating in the resolution for it, for example:
Example #1:
Once NASA started to prepare the tours to the space, the had a big problem, which was, the astronauts wouldn't be able to use normal pen, because of nil-gravity, that the ink wouldn't drop on papers what ever the circumstances, so what did they do to solve this problem?!!!
They made a research lasted for 10 years and more than 12 millions Dollars to develop a pen works even with nil-gravity, not only that, but also to write on a smooth surface, even in a 300c degrees temprature
Another solution: when the Russian faced the same problem, they simply decided to use pencils instead of pens
Examply #2:
Once in Japan, and in a big soap factory, they had a big problem, which was the empty boxes that weren't full of soap due some wrong, so what did they do to recognize the empty and full boxes?
They invented a machine used X-ray to discover the soap inside the boxs, posed it infront of the exit-line in deliver section, and hired new employees to distract the empty boxes discovered by the machine.
Other solution:In other smaller factory, when they faced the same problem, they brought a big fan, adjusted its power to suit with the enpty boxes, so the empty boxes were in the air

Think in the resolution of the problem and not in problem itself
There're a lot of people who are very good making troubles from nothing, try to avoid them.
