Lund (ENI). The Serbian Orthodox Church in Kosovo, which has faced attacks in the recent past, should have additional security and rights, including guarantees against expropriation, says the UN special envoy for Kosovo and former president of Finland, Martti Ahtisaaru. He also says the church in Kosovo, and the rest of the Balkans, should focus on its spiritual role and offer moral authoriy, and not allow itself to be used for political purposes.
