Cambridge (ENI). A new centre in Cambridge for the study of relations between Muslims and Jetween adherents of two faiths. "Surprising, this is the first centre of its kind in Britain," said Amineh Hoti, one of the two founding directors of the Centre for the Study of Muslim-Jewish Relations. "This is a sensitive period for Muslim-Jewish relations and it is therefore even more important to build bridges for understanding," she explained. The academic programme of the Centre for the Study of Muslim-Jewish Relations will begin in September, and is to include an examination of anti-Semitism and Islamophobia.
